Cumbia, with the lesson included
Cumbia Rosa runs on the first Saturday of every month, presented by Ritmo y Pasión Dance. A beginner cumbia class with Maria and Rogelio starts at 8:15pm — no partner and no experience needed — then DJ Edge takes over and the floor stays open until 2am. Drink specials run all night. Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door. Entry is 21 and over.
It is presented by Ritmo y Pasión Dance and it happens in Santa Rosa's Latino taproom: the floor inside, the creekside patio outside, free parking on site.

Beginner cumbia class with Maria and Rogelio of Ritmo y Pasión Dance. You do not need a partner and you do not need to have danced before.

DJ Edge takes the booth and the floor opens to everyone, class or no class.

Before you come
Do I need a partner?
No. The class is built so you can turn up on your own or with someone.
Do I need to know how to dance?
No. It is a beginner class, and plenty of people arrive having never danced cumbia.
What time should I get there?
For the class, before 8:15pm. If you are just coming to dance, whenever you like — the floor runs until 2am.
How much is it?
Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door.
Is there parking?
Yes, a free open lot on site — no permit, no validation.
What is the age limit?
21 and over. Bring ID.
