In plain terms: what this site collects, why, and how to switch it off.
The short version
We are a taproom in Santa Rosa, not a data company. This site collects the minimum needed to know which pages are actually useful. We do not sell or share your personal information, and we run no advertising here.
What gets collected
We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies in your browser and records page views, time on site, device type, language and an approximate city-level location. Google receives your IP address and uses it to estimate that location; we never store it ourselves.
If you write to us through the private events form, we get what you type into it — name, email, phone and your event details — so we can reply. It lands in our inbox and goes on no mailing list.
What does not
There are no advertising pixels, no remarketing, no profiles built for advertisers. We ask for no account and no password. No payments are processed on this site.
Switching analytics off
You can turn it off for this browser whenever you like. The button below remembers your choice on your device.

Your California rights
Under California law (CCPA/CPRA) you can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to delete it, and opt out of its sale or sharing — which we do not do in the first place. Email mr.chiletaproominfo@gmail.com or call (707) 239-4188 and we will sort it out.

This site is for adults looking for somewhere to have a drink. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
